Currently changing the BT receiver for my audio system after the previous one got damaged. The problem is, after installing the new one and powering the system on, I get an audio 'battery low' warning and the receiver immediately goes off. The damaged receiver was labelled 5v while the new one is unlabelled and my conclusion is that the new one requires a higher voltage to operate. How can I get this issue solved having in mind that I can't get a receiver identical to the previous one in the market? (I have attached circuit photos for both the old and the new one respectively)

Hello,

The pictures are likely to large.
Resize them so they are about 300 kB and post them.

A link to the new replacement should suffice.
2 reasons spring to mind, either a faulty BT unit or a different voltage source is required.
