Charging 12v battery

I need some help from people or a person with a better brain
If i have a 6v 3watt dynamo what would two do would doubble the voltage and wattage or would the currant be stronger
Or how many 6v 3watt dynamos would i need to keep a 12v battery charging

The Wattage would be doubled, and either the voltage or current would be doubled, one or the other...

Depends on the drain of the battery....

Do you have a dynamo or an alternator?

Bicycle dynamos are in reality alternators and produce AC. A 6V AC source can be converted to 12V DC with a voltage doubler consisting of a capacitor and two diodes.
