I have specialty lighting that works cordless- 12vdc - The battery in the light is charged via 120v with transformer to 12vdc. I am trying to diagnose what went bad on the board because now the light will only work when plugged in..I tested the internal battery and that is holding a charge. The light will not turn on using the battery. Nothing in the circuitry looks burnt out and the fuse is ok..

LED Light battery

Hello,

I test with and without load - measuring the same.

I do not have schematics or detailed instructions - brought them through wholesaler - made in china..

Not that it's related but one of your photos appears to have a microphone in the upper right corner of the PCB. Does this lighting system employ a a sound activated mode?

Where in those photos does the battery and the mains tie in?
