cheap LED christmas lights design pls?

hmm can i use 555 timer? or 4081?

we only have 4081 here.. no 4080.

design please? for 18 LEDs (6 white, 6 red, 6 blue or whatever you think is the best)

i'll make this before our christmas party which on Friday.

a 4080 and a 4081 are not functionally related at all.

555 and a 4017 perhaps.
