choosing the correct transformer

I am researching which transformer would be the suited to allow me to build a power supply that can deliver 24v ,15v ,12v,9v ,5v .i am going to be using a center tap type and live in the UK with 230v mains at 50 hz. what are your views on which type to select.I just want to make sure i purchase the correct type.

the variation on voltage you want isn't important .... the max voltage you want is

but you missed the other important requirement .... what is the maximum current you want ??
