Hello Everyone,
I need help regarding Tungsten tip using electrochemical etching solution of KOH.
Here is the basic working of circuit.

Two electrodes (Positive- Tungsten wire (50um) and Negative-Gold wire) are dipped into 2 Molar KOH solution and when turned on the power, electrochemical etching starts. As the time passed, tungsten tip is etched and after some time it break down and circuit SHOULD shut-off automatically, as the input voltage of comparator on pin2 is less than at 3rd pin.
First Op-amp is a current amplifier, then 2nd op-amp is voltage follower (to stabilize the signal) and third one is inverter to get positive value. fourth on is working as comparative.
When the power is on, initially, input signal is less than Setpoint, due to which the etching canb't be started. Is there any way to start the etching using either way?
