It might be useful to add inductor colour codes too.

Hey Adam, looks really cool!

Do you think you could add the manufactures logos that they stamp on ICs? I know only a few, and I have found the right part more then once by knowing them.

DIP-12H.png Similar to QDIP, the DIP-##H IC package is also 2 sets of DIP, but the 2 grounded heat-sink solder tabs/pins drop straight down rather than curve out in the 'Q' tail.
The 2.5W stereo audio power amp TA8827PL is a DIP-12H example.
The 'H' horizontal bar is the common ground (heat-sink) on both rails of DIP and package pins form the "uprights" of the H.
PS- ground pins/tabs not numbered, so (ACW) 1 2 3 , 4 5 6 , , 7 8 9 , 10 11 12.
