Hi guys, wondering if anyone recognizes this connector or knows of a good online source where I might look for them. I got a deal on a new B&D electric mower, paid $5.00 for a floor model as is with no charger or key. It uses a 36v 3 cell SLA pack. I have a 36v 1.5 amp charger from an electric scooter and just need to adapt it for use and also make a jumper to act as a key. If these connectors are B&D only, I guess I'll have to solder in a short lead and use a different connector. I could always buy the original key and charger but they're about $75.00 and that would make my smokin deal not so smokin anymore. Thanks.

We have these in our robotic forklifts. They are similar to what you have except they are not keyed. The ones you have are notched in such a way that they can only be plugged in one way. The company that makes the forklifts are out of Italy and they use all European parts. I would try to see what you could find on the web for keyed or notched European quick connect electrical connectors. I found these on this site.

Success...I like the way these connectors join together in many configurations so I ordered a pile of them to use on all my battery chargers and power supplies. I knew I came to the right place to get help.

Thanks ADRT, I found that PN on another site and they do have the ridges and they are reasonable.

http://www.newark.com/anderson-power-products/1327fp/plugsocket-connector-housing/dp/09J4107

Here's what the data sheet says,

PP15-45 Finger Proof Housings
Improved on the original APP® design by adding ribs to mating interface to protect against accidental
contact with live circuits.

Interesting ... I have been buying them for years from the original source and have never seen ridged ones :)
