Hi.
Can anyone help me to know
what the typical Electric Power consumption is for a gas boiler having
a maximum heat output of 120000KCal/h.

The "convert" prog' makes those kCal/hour into a whopping 140kW of heat.
Which implies a small industrial unit.
About 250W for the circulating pump (if any) , solenoids and the monitor
electronics.
I'm assuming UK (cos you don't say 'furnace') so that's about 1A, so a 2Amp
fuse should be OK.

We need a circuit breaker for the boiler so I'll go for one with 10
Amp and groundfault protection .As the wires are at least 1.5mm^2
they should stand that current without melting.

Anything from zero on up. Why does it need an electrical supply?

Anything from zero on up. Why does it need an electrical supply?

It is for Industry. Some I can remember are Ignition, fans, Pumps,
Zone and gas valves, switchboard and programming unit, keep hot and
preheat heaters, standby power.

You need to add all of those up (worst case) and calculate the correct size.
