Hi

I have a complicated situation in that I need to control the opening and closing an actuator from a relay

The actuator has a stepper motor that has 24V supply and needs 0-10 V command

I have only on off relays, and the logic needs to be as follows: when i give voltage from the relay , the actuator should open or close and when I take the voltage , the actuator should close or open

I need to know if there exists such equipment and where I can find it

The actuator has a stepper motor that has 24V supply and needs 0-10 V command
That implies there is a controller inside the actuator which translates the 0 V ... 10 V to an equivalent number of motor steps. All you have to do is to apply the correct control voltages for opening and closing (e.g. 0 V or 10 V) to the controller via relayas.

If all you want is a fully-open or fully closed condition then send either 10V or zero volts to the device. All you require is a 10V source that can be derived from the 24V using a simple regulator or even a zener diode.
