I have a 1 Vpp sinusoidal encoder and need to connect it to a 11
microamp system. Is it posible to convert it simply by installing a
90K resistor in series on each signal? If not is there a simple way
to do it or even a commericially available product that will do this?
I can find plenty that do it the other way but non 1Vpp to 11 microamp

Any Help greatly appriciated

Provided the system you are connecting to has an essentially zero
resistance of its own, this will work fine. The current you produce is
set not by your 90k resistor on its own, but this resistor in series
with the resistance of whatever you are connecting it to.
