Hi good pals outthere I'm looking for the cross ref., uses and Pinout
this 3 lead semiconductors
D13001 (TO-92 case style) found in a mobile phone (cellphone)
charger
TOP202 (TO-220 case style) found in a PC power supply and again in
an HP inkjet printer PSU (SMPS) Please help. Thanks to everyone

It's a CD13001 made by CONTINENTAL DEVICE INDIA LIMITED.

NPN SILICON PLANAR EPITAXIAL TRANSISTOR
Vceo = 400V, Ic = 0.5A, P = 900mW
hfe varies from 10 to 40 according to suffix
frequency = 8MHz

Pinout is ECB from L to R, pins facing down, viewed from flat side.

TOP202 (TO-220 case style) found in a PC power supply and again in
an HP inkjet printer PSU (SMPS) Please help. Thanks to everyone
