Hi,
I am searching a D/A converter circuit which outputs a voltage without needing a negative supply voltage.
I would like to use the D/A converter AD7524 which uses an R/2R ladder. But this element has a current as output. I could transform the current in a voltage with an inverting amplifier using the feedback resistor and an operational amplifier, but this would result in a negative voltage. But I do NOT want to generate a negative voltage!
I was already thinking about a normal shunt/resistor, but I am not sure whether this would work and what value the resistor must have.
Has anyone an idea?
Stephen
