Hello everybody,
While working on my project I got this doubt...Is it possible to cascade two different types of dc-dc converters like a buck and a boost , a buck and a buck-boost etc.... If so how their avg output voltage can be related to input voltage, and how their effective resistance varies when cascaded....
plz help guys...

There is zero need to be so specific on the output voltage. Anywhere from 11.5 to 13.5V will power the ammeter - all it has to be is STABLE.

Your need for an ISOLATED power supply is the critical issue so just ensure you don't get the 'earths' mixed up or you'll blow the ammeter.

Don't 'dick around' with averaging, buck, boost or whatever. KISS (keep it simple stupid).

thank you for your suggestion.
