Dell P1110 Trinitron Warm up problem

I have several Dell 21" P1110 monitors that I have repaired for excessive
brightness. However, two of these monitors still take over 60 seconds to
warm up and display a picture. Does anyone know how to speed up the warm up
on these? Is this a power supply problem?

Have you checked the CRT heater voltage ?
I had a couple of Dell/Sony's where the electrolytic
capacitor in the heater supply decreased in value
causing low heater voltage or long warmups.
