Try running all of the circuit elements from a common clock. This
tends to eliminate most glitches. See Lancaster's 'TTL Cookbook' for
more details.

If you want to get really fancy-schmancy, you could use a bi- or
multiphase clock and pipeline everything. But the only people who assign
"Carno" tables (do you mean "Carnaugh Maps?") are teachers, so this is
pretty clearly homework.

And, of course, if the purpose of the assignment was to learn, "How do
I deglitch?" then us telling you kinda defeats the purpose of the question.

Good Luck!

wrong again - Karnaugh - IIRC

i deglitch using the clk bar inputs or invert the clk. depends. we had a
carno table (actually a closet door, but we never named it, so
henceforth, it will be known as a carno table) in a dorm room, but used
it for blackjack. bet toothpicks and trade 'em for shots.
