Hi Guys, Well I received the transistors and fuses and installed them in the DCB 101, I plugged it into my dimm bulb tester( the lite was brilliant) and it seems there is more going on with this charger, any one with any thoughts??

Check the input protection devices if it has any with your multimeter for a short.
X2 capacitor, MOV, NTC etc. Also check the bridge rectifier.

Just an update, I checked all the diodes and cap's and the bridge rectifier on the AC side and all is good. But still have the glow from my dimm bulb tester.

What wattage incandescent bulb are you using?
A glow is different to a bright light.
