Dictaphone with WiFi capabilities

Could you advise what I would need to purchase that would enable me to have a voice recorder, like a Dictaphone, which houses memory and wireless connectivity?

Thanks Bob, there are some good apps now, however what I want to do is create a DIY wireless dictaphone as a hobby, albeit a complete novice
