Lacking a picture of the circuit you're questioning, I can only assume that you refer to the load resistors which will convert the collector current into a voltage for further processing in later stages of the amplifier.

Redraw the circuit with those resistors removed and replaced with links.

What happens differently to the points marked as VC1 and VC2?

Rc1 and Rc2 are nothing but the load for each transistor.if we are taking double ended o/p then we take the o/p 4m both d resistors .
