Diode circuit analysis

Hey guys. I have this circuit and I have to find the following: circuit's logic function, minimum value of Rc, and, for me the most confusing part, the time of rise and fall of Vout. Other information : beta min 50, beta 100, Vcc 10V, Ubet 0,5V, Ubes 0,7V, Ube 0,6V, Ud 0,6V, Uces 0,2V.

Its logic function is obvious:
1) When one or both inputs are low then what is the output?
2) When both inputs are high then what is the output?
Its logic family was old fashioned DTL used about 54 years ago.

The transistor can discharge the capacitor quickly and the resistor Rc charges it slowly.
You know the minimum beta, the value of R1 and other important things so you can easily calculate the minimum value for Rc.
