Does inductor and capacitor get heated, why i am asking is the capacitor and inductor stores energy and it returns back but there is no dissipation, in case of resistor it dissipates energy and it gets heated that i understand.

they run nice and cool. no dissipation on a capacitor i think, unless u over volt them, then a capacitor will heat up and explode.
But I think inductors do heat up? because lc oscillators lose energy as they pass from cap to ind to cap again.

Hello,

Like over voltage will heat up the capacitor, overcurrent will heat up the inductor due to saturation.
Every part has its limitations.

but there is no dissipation,
Ideally no. In practice: yes.
Every inductor is made from some conductive material wound around a magnetic core. Every conductor (except superconductors) has a Ohmic resistance which dissipates Energy. Plus the magnetic material of the core has hysteresis losses. All these factors heat up an inductor.
Every capacitor is also made from conductive material with a certain Ohmic resistance. Also depending on the type of capacitor losses may occur due to the effects of charge redistribution within the capacitor (e.g. piezoelectric effects in a ceramic capacitor). Therefore capacitors also can get warm.

Wherever there are losses, heat will build up.
