Hi Folks...

For all those that have used the DOS version of OrCAD and weren't
aware that there were some beta drivers available on OrCad's FTP site
for a while a few years back. I just tried to look and see if I could
find those again and it seems they may have buried them or gotten rid
of them. Anyway, these drivers are for 800X600, 1024X768, 1280X1028
and 1600X1200. They do work as I have tested them and actively use
the 1024X768 with SDT and PCB386+. They work with the old ATI Mach64
series video cards. You can frequently find these cards on Ebay for
less than a song. Some of them from that series are: ATI Graphics
Xpression, Pro Turbo, WinTurbo, Xpert 98, Xpert @ play 98, etc. Some
of the other newer cards can handle the Mach64 standard. I think I may
have actually had it running on an ATI Rage Pro card.
Anyway, if anyone is interested in these drivers, I've uploaded to the
files section in this group:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dos-orcad/

It's called, MachBETA.zip. The file is zipped up with some other
drivers as well and a readme.txt that explains it all.

Have fun!
