i haven't bought the joystick yet i'm undecided between AAA battery and lithium or lipo battery similar to smartphone battery

i need recommendation

Buy both and prefer the better one!.
You have been told many times on all your threads about battery chemistry and how to keep/store them. Starting a new thread with different devices won’t change the battery storage solutions, recharging percentage or simply removing the Duracells!.
