I'm building a network of ds18b20 1-wire sensors linked to a raspberry pi. Its going to be a stubbed topology with 12 sensors spread out over an area of approx. 200 m2. Has anyone any recommendations as to terminal / cable types I could use for this job? Each 'stub' of the network will be about 3m long, linking to a termimal on the main loop.

I recommend you use shielded cable. At the distance you intend to go induced noise is an issue. You may even not be able to operate your "network" reliably due to signal degradation.

Thanks, any recommendations on connectors for 3 core shielded cables? I need to do branch off from a main loop down to each sensor, so a Tee, branch type.

None specific.

You can use any type of shielded connector, making the T-connection within the connector's case, thus allowing to tap into the network wherever you placed one of the connectors. For example sub-D.
