Hi all,
It's been a while since I've even looked at my alarm system but I want to
now connect to it via my pc and program it.
I have a DSC Power832 PC5010 board, PC5400 serial printer interface, the
keypad with the built-in wireless and several wireless devices.
I also have the DLS v1.3 software.
I know where the 4 pins on the board are but I need the configuration for
the cable. Can anyone point me to a web resource that shows the pin
configuration?
Second, I loaded the DLS software this morning just to take a look at it
and it got around to asking me to login -- what's the default login ID and
password for it?
Thirdly, I have a patio door that is only protected by a wireless motion
detector. Clearly that's not enough and it would be easy to wire a sensor
to this door since the basement below it is unfinished. Is there a
special sensor to use for sliding patio doors?
