DVR windows vista compatable

Have a customer has all vista computers at his new office and is looking
for a DVR that has its viewing and control software that's vista compatible.

as much as i hate vista which it should be called Vista/me any one have any
suggestions

The Vigil DVRs (www.camacc.com) have Vista-compatible client software.
I've installed dozens of the DVRs and set several customers up with the
v5.x client now on their Vista machines.

You could also just look at DVRs that have web-based remote access,
which then makes it OS-independent.

If you want to BUILD a DVR on a Vista machine, that's a whole other
matter... but since a PC-based DVR should really have its own dedicated
machine, it shouldn't matter, you can custom-build a system for it anyway.
