ECG/EKG

Does someone have a reference for an ECG (EKG) machine schematics or any
other technical info about that?
I'm going to build an ECG in order to measure the heart activity. I need
some schematics to learn how to detect reliable signals.

Thanx

Seems to me you'd only have to figure out how to build a sensing device; any
oscilloscope with a slow sweep rate would make a good monitor.

If you're that worried about your heart activity, I suggest you see a
cardiologist.....

I already designed the sensing device: a high precision differential
amplifier. Now I need to know how to combine amplifiers to detect more than
two points.
Schematics would be useful...

I'm not worried about my heart (it keeps running) :)
It's just a way to work with very high noise and low level signals.

I remember building an EKG monitor in college. It involved a
differential amp IC for the signal, and a very peaky 60 Hz
filter.
