Does anyone know of any good websites that simulate simple circuits?
I'm specifically looking for a website that will allow students to
determine the voltages, currents, and resistances in simple series
and/or parallel circuits.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

This program:
http://www.miscel.dk/MiscEl/miscel.html

has some fixed circuits that it can analyse

Check the following pages for some circuits:

http://www.miscel.dk/MiscEl/miscelChargeCurve.html

LTSpice (free from Linear tech) would easily meet that requirement with
the bonus they get to use a real spice program.
