Hello,

I bought this elenco kit to practice soldery. However when I try to understand the schematic diagram, I can't see how to link the 4017 IC to the rest of the circuit.

Here is the link page 8, can someone please help me to re-do the schematic by liking the 4017ic to the rest of it.
