"The First Law basically says that energy or matter can neither be created nor destroyed. In terms of the machine, this meant that the total energy output (work by the machine) is equal to the heat supplied.

That means no such thing. You always get less machine work than the amount of heat energy you input.

In other words, the change in the internal energy of a closed system is equal to the heat added to the system minus the work done by the system. Because the system operates in the real world, some energy always escapes into the outside world, thus leading to both inefficiency

Wait a minute. You said the system was closed. How does energy escape from a closed system?

No it wasn't. They are independent of each other.

And how is it possibile to get more energy "out" while this laws applies im confused once again...

Show us where or how that happens.

I infer from you statements, questions, and answers that you don't have the the foggiest idea of what the second law of thermodynamics is. How about more study on that subject.
