I have found an
AM1C - Entry Level AM Radio Transmitter Kit being sold at Ramsey
Electronics via internet.

Functionally it seems what I need, but the word "Kit" scares me. I am
not looking to solder anything. Anybody knows where to get similar
item but already assembled and ready to use.

Almost all the kits that I have seen, requires some assembly,
soldering, and basic electronics type skills. It is rare in
electronics that there are kits that do not require skills to put them
together. This is why it is called a "KIT". If it did not require
assembly, then it would not be a kit...???

Why not call around to some of the tech schools, and see if there are
any students that would put the kit together for you, for a few
dollars.

Actually, Ramsey also sells a number of their kits in assembled and
tested form.
Be advised that their kits are rather expensive, with the following
mitigating factors: 1) do not have to buy excess parts (some may be
available in only groups of 10 thru DigiKey), 2) do not have to make a
PCB or wire-wrap the circuit, good learning experience (if have that
need).
