| I've seen this problem cropping up more and more on usenet. Apparently some
| folks are using some sort of reader that use "Content-Transfer-Encoding:
| Quoted-Printable". Whenever I try to reply to them with a simple newsreader
| like OE, it won't mark the text with '>' like it automatically did to this
| reply.

I find I have trouble when someone puts "-" "-" and " " on one line. My news
reader thinks the rest is signature and doesn't quote it.
