Faulty inverter.

Pls, how do I go with my Axpert 1.2kva inverter that is not working at all? Not even accepting input AC current for charging.

The only thing I can recommend is: check all fuses.

Other than that: Do yourself a favor, take it to a qualified repair shop.
Tinkering with an inverter is nothing someone without the necessary experience should do. There are potentially lethal voltages an currents involved.
