Field of conical coil?

Can anyone advise regarding the field configuration of a wire air coil
wound in a conical shape on a uniform diameter cylindrical former.

IOW the coil has substantially more windings on one end than the
other.

Is the net field strength "stronger" on the widest end or just more
spread out? How does the shape of the emitted field look?

The answer to your impossibly vague question is "both".

Also lacking a quick and cheap field viualizer, you have to integrate
the field of a wound wire in 3D along the wire itself.
Yes, the field is higher when there are more wires closer together.

remember seeing a product claim for conic ally wound air coils that for
the same inductance they had lower self capacitance .
Also remember a water cooled RF heating coil that melted a cube of
aluminum and supported it in the field (levitation) .
