what you have listed is a bunch of what were common old cpu's
none of which were made by fluke

The 9010A "micro-system troubleshooter" is a device that allows you to test boards containing microprocessors. The pods contain the microprocessor, RAM, ROM, measurement, and protection circuitry which can be plugged in to test the board.

A very large number of different pods were developed, some of which the op is after.

Yes, thats how they are named. pods e.g. 9000a-z80, 9000a-6502 ....for each cpu type.
