Hello,
I got HR 6211 flyback transformer and I have attached schematics, can you tell me which are primary pins and 0V secondary?

If you're after a voltage from the HV output, then pin 7 is the ground. For the other windings, pin 1 and 18 are the ground pins.

Normally it doesn't matter, but for a device with high voltage windings such as this, using the wrong pins as ground could result in internal arcing.

pidja . . . . . .

I don't actually see your situation, as one would just typically be installing a new unit in the same holes as an old one being replaced.

HOWEVER . . . . . my seventh sense makes me want to think that you are wanting to utilize the unit as a stand alone, "Mad Scientist" type of HIGH voltage generator.
If such is the situation.

Here are the connections as it was intended to be used in the TV it was designed for.

Here are two articles in using it with a lower voltage to create high voltage output at its Ultor cap..
