Follow-up fix JVC VCR SR-9168U no cassette load

After removing the transport mechanism and studying it, I discovered that
the capstan motor should load the cassette (not the loading motor at the
rear of the mech).

I then removed the cassette basket assy to get a better look at the shifting
parts underneath.

There's a lever that engages 2 spur gears to drive the capstan belt gear
thru another belt. The lever had a spring let go. The check for this is to
move the exposed gear at the right side of the transport deck (cassette
out-ejected position).. if the capstan shaft isn't rotating, the spring has
probably let go, and the gears are no longer engaged.

The barb that the end of the spring was supposed to be hooked on is located
at about the 4:00 position below the supply spindle. This was plastic (big
surprise) and was mickey-fixed, in place, with a wire hook (to ensure that
it stays hooked) and a little epoxy.

Replacing that lever with a new part would most likely require a service
manual (since it's fairly well buried under a couple of layers of parts) and
more than an hour's bench time.

Parts cost: $0

Cheers
