Frequency and Voltage change for elektromotor

Dear All,

could use some help with finding a circuit that gives me the possibilities to run an elektromotor with different voltage and frequencies.
this is a 3PH elektromotor that should be run in a Y configuration on at
110-115V @ 50 to 60Hz,
220-230V @ 100 to 120Hz,
340-360V @ 150 to 180Hz and as last
460-480V @ 200 to 240Hz

Have thought about using a transformer and a computer with relay for the frequency, but prefer an independent system .
For the first 110-115V @ 50-60Hz, have already a solution, have this heavy transformer that transforms 220-230V to 110-115V, since the electric grid works on 50-60Hz, that already fixed.

But what about the others?
any advice?

Have you considered using three dynamotors?
How much power are you talking about?

How does this translate to supplying you with 3PH?

Capacitive phase converters, as you describe, were once popular for HSM's but low cost 120V and 240V VFD's have all but supplanted them. The device you describe provides poor locked rotor torque and run torque isn't stellar either. A modern VFD can make a 3PH motor do all kinds of tricks. Brake, Ramp Up, Ramp Down, Fast Reverse, etc.

Could this VFD be used around 460V @ 10A?
Would you happen to know where to find a schematic for this VFD?
Could buy one, but then it's premade. prefer something to put together myself.
At least then it's possible to learn from it and adjust it when see fit.

I'd like to add that I've never seen 3PH motor specs like this.... Ever. Are these separate taps for each voltage range? If so, that's a heck of a lot of taps or wires! :eek: What's the HP of this motor?

Edit: I'm referring to the freq specs that change with operating voltage.
