hey actually i wanted to run a motor... so i wanted to make a circuit for it. so can any1 pls suggest me some h-bridge ics??? apart from SN754410, L293D/B, LMDs, MOSFETs???

Go to a site like digikey and search for H Bridge

Here are several thousand to choose from.

thanks... but can u suggest me a alternative for LMD12800?? wich is cheaper?? and here there are too many... can i get a shorter list??

you can use that tool to narrow down the choices by any of the parameters shown. Once you have a subset which look useful you can sort by price if you wish to and find the cheapest.
