I am trying to simulate the ADR280 circuit, but I can not by no spice model.
can someone provide the ADR208 LTspice model.?

There is no ADR280 LTSpice model.
There is also no SPICE model on the Analog Devices product page.
You can hope for a release of a suitable SPICE model in the future or use any of the supplied components

There will likely be one that is close enough to the ADR280 to be used in your simulation as a replacement.

Which aspects of the regulator are important to you? Can't you just use a 1.2V ideal voltage source as a basis for its model?
