Hello, I'm looking to replace ribbon cables need 2 on my NORDICTRACK 4400R treadmill p please help

Whole display works fine all numbers
Only buttons now working
I have try to clean tips of ribbon cable...i did it with brass brush.... and as u see all tips got oxidation and they are black.....I think they don't let contact true...

Look like unused traces but could be wrong...just that oxidation rarely would terminate on selected few and so precisely on each...

Have you been watching too much “my mate vince”?.
Those ‘extra tracks’ are clearly for options that the OP’s unit never had.
