Hello, I am starting my adventure into hobby electronics. Right now I am interested in electronics repair, though as I navigate through this vast world I imagine that my focus will change. I am quite new to the electronics world but have spent a lifetime fixing things, tearing things apart, and have an unending curiosity of how things work. I am self taught or rather self teaching, so I expect mistakes will be made and things will get broken. My hope is that through this forum and may find some guidance, recommendations, and maybe a little encouragement. Thanks for reading. Cheers.

Hello,

Welcome aboard.

You can learn a lot from the online book on this site:

Also the Internet Archive has a lot of books and articles for free:

An other resource could be the electronics page of the EDUCYPEDIA:

Thanks, I was a huge He-Man fan growing up. It always amused me that Skeletor was this evil villain but his henchmen were total F-ups and always ruined his plans.

I am late but welcome to this forum. I think, as starter projects, you can practice some amplifier based projects like this:

You can find many more amp tutorials based on the common ICs.
