I want buy a digital multimeter, for my quality is in top priority

Which is better? [Goodwill GDM-394] or [Sanwa CD-800a]?
Which PCB has good quality & IC, if any boy have a picture form their PCB show me please.

they are both good general purpose meters

I think he's asking whether anyone can upload photos of the insides of either of those multimeters.

My advice on choosing multimeters is old but still good: Buy a Fluke!

Unless you are going to be buying something like a fluke or something in that price range, "quality" will be pretty much the same these days.
A better way of choosing a meter would be to look at what you are trying to achieve with it and then choose one according to those specs.

If you can't afford a Fluke, take a look at some of the Agilent meters (or whatever they've chosen to call themselves today). Tektronics make multimeters.

One day I'll buy myself a Fluke multimeter...
