Help for making led chaser Circuit daigram

Hi,
i am beginner in this field. I want to make my bussiness led sign board.
In that board I have to use near about 300 LEDs. but the Question is how i can make chaser for it. for 2 or 4 channel.

Im assuming that you mean you want to line the edge of the sign and have LED's come on and off "walking" around the sign.

this being said you can take a look at this and choose the first link below the pictures, yes you will have to modify it but it is very doable

Im not sure what you mean by 2 or 4 channels though
