Trying to repair a Dynex DX-LCD37-09 LCD TV, symptom was TV would not stay on, found a short on the power supply between two wires coming out of the Backlight Inverter/Power Supply unit, putting electrical tape over these allows the TV to operate normally however I want to replace all components at the source of the plug these wires are on, but I have no clue what this part is (some kind of coil), or how to source it.

Board info:
Sylvania A71GDMUT (BA71G0F01043) Power Supply / Backlight Inverter

On side of the component in question:
3PC0XB002 JS HVT-111 080607

Googling this is getting me nowhere!

Welcome to EP.
It is a HV transformer.
Was it shorted? why do you want to replace it?

Thanks for the welcome!

The wires coming out of the connector that goes to it were shorted (plastic melted through) and this particular transformer makes a lot more high pitched squealing than any of the other 7 on the board. Figured it would be best to replace it and not just the wires.

The proper way is to look at the service manual.
But it may be easier to get help from Dynex support here

Personally I'd leave it alone and use the set until it fails completely. I mean.... it's 720p..... time for an upgrade!
