Help identifying a couple components

Looking to identify a couple componants. These are capacitors i believe, one a disc cap thats marked 6800 could be 6800 pF ?
The other says 17-110 and numbered like 648
On it , i believe on capacitence meter it is 176.30 nF.

yes .17 = 0.17 uF = 170nF an unusual value with a 100V rating


Yes, 6800 pF
6800pF = 6.8nF = 0.0068uF

Is there something else you do not understand ?
