Hi.
I need some help recognise this capacitor.
My juice-making machine broke down, and this one was melted just next to motor.

Hi Diezvia
welcome to the forums :)

the first line gives the value ... 472 = 0.0047uF = 4.7nF = 4700pF

the middle 2 lines just gives all the standards etc it conforms to
the last line give the voltage rating

I cant tell if that forst figure is 400V or 500V ... the ~ means AC rating
the 250V is possibly a DC rating ... hmmm that could be another ~ after the 250V

some caps have a peak voltage rating and also a working voltage rating and that may be what you see here

Thank you. Now everything seems legit. I got confuseb by letters before 472. :)

Other side - can't take pic, capacitor isn't with me.
But it was melted deep enough, so I can get a little electricity touching it. :D
