Hazzards are momentary glitches that can appear at the output of a
sequential logic machine. They are caused by the ripple of data
propegating through the combinational logic.

I have heard the term dynamic and static hazzards, but I couldn't tell
you what the difference is. The answer is in my old switching and
logic book that is at home.

GOOGLE is your best friend.

You didn't even try to do some research on your own. Don't rely on
people to lead you by the hand and solve your problems for you.
