Help with alarm siren choice?

Around here, everyone always "signs"  me that I'm #1 when we're in
traffic.
I figure I must be a pretty good driver because I never got less than
a #1

I think my driving must have improved,  I always used to get two fingersin
a V shape waved at me, but since I've been in the US I get just the one.

Talking about "two fingers" That reminds me. I asked my urologist why
he keeps sticking two fingers up my ass when he checks my prostate. He
said he wanted a second opinion.
