I just retired for Heating and Cooling and finally have some time to fix things around the house. I have some fluorescent lights that have bad capacitors and am having trouble finding a site on line that has these. I appreciate any help on finding these. Can't see it on pic but it is 200 volt.In heating and cooling we could go up in voltage but not down. Does the same hold true in electronics?

Generally speaking, yes it does, if you have enough space on the pcb and housing.

You will probably find them at your local electronics shop and on ebay or such sites.

Its true. If you up the volts on the capacitor, it makes no difference to the workings of *ANY* circuit if the battery or power-source stays the same.
